RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE

UNDAMAGED RETURNS
Returns for undamaged goods of retail orders will be accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Once we receive the goods back, your purchase price will be refunded, less S&H fees. All returns must include all original packaging. No refunds are accepted for custom, wholesale or re-seller/dealer orders. 

DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged goods may be exchanged for another identical replacement item. All claims for damaged goods or incomplete shipments must be made to Eyewitness Collectibles (201-265-4101) within 48 hours after receipt of the product. If Eyewitness Collectibles is not notified within 48 hours, it will be assumed that the shipment arrived complete and undamaged. Eyewitness Collectibles assumes no liability beyond 48 hours.

Products returned to Eyewitness Collectibles without prior written or verbal authorization will not be accepted. Every return must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Eyewitness Collectibles . This Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the package(s). Original S&H fees, plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please immediately contact Phil Jones at Eyewitness Collectibles at the number listed above. All damaged packages shipped via U.P.S. or FedEx, must be inspected by U.P.S. or FedEx before being sent back to Eyewitness Collectibles. After contacting us, we will notify U.P.S. or FedEx on your behalf, so they may come to your location and inspect the damaged package.

Please note that if:

• the product is not left in the original shipping carton, or
• you ship the package back to Eyewitness Collectibles before U.P.S. or FedEx inspects the damage, you will not be eligible to receive any compensation from Eyewitness Collectibles.

Also, please note that Eyewitness Collectibles assumes zero liability for any packages shipped via U.S. Mail, unless you request shipping insurance for additional fees.
